ACTION: Ohio Fairness Act To Receive Testimony

ACTION: Ohio Fairness Act To Receive Testimony

For the first time in 9 years, a bill that would protect LGBTQ Ohioans from discrimination is being given proponent testimony in an Ohio House of Representatives committee.

Proponent testimony allows people who support this bill to speak to legislators about why it is important.

The committee listened to our request for a hearing, and we are grateful. Please take a moment to thank the Speaker of the House and the Government Accountability & Oversight Committee Chair. A simple thanks will help to show that allowing this bill to move forward is supported by most Ohioans.
